Peter Tay has guided hundreds of candidates through PADI leadership and instructor ratings — from Divemaster through IDC Staff Instructor — and trained technical divers from Tec40 to full Trimix.
His IDCs are known for personal attention, generous teaching demos, and a meticulous approach to standards and safety. He works across Bohol, Boracay and Singapore, alongside trip-based programs across Southeast Asia.
